KIDS KENPO

Kenpo Kids & Teen Kenpo 5.0 Student Belt Pledges

KENPO CREED I have no weapons, just empty hands, but if I am forced to protect myself or others from harm, then here are my weapons – “Kenpo,” my empty hands.
Level 1 PLEDGE I am just a beginner in Kenpo 5.0, but I promise that I will respect my parents and my instructor. I will avoid bad habits, manners and attitudes.

LEVEL 2 PLEDGE I promise I will never use my skill just to hurt or make someone afraid. I will fight only if I have no other choice. I will continue to try to be the best student and person I can be.

LEVEL 3 PLEDGE I promise that I will use my Kenpo 5.0 skills to protect my family and friends if I have no other choice. I will follow my teacher’s instructions as an example for other student’s to follow.

BROWN BELT PLEDGE I pledge I will continue to work to increase my skill and my knowledge about Kenpo 5.0. And as a teacher I will lead by example.

JUNIOR/TEEN BLACK BELT PLEDGE I understand that I am still a beginner on my Kenpo journey. My skills and inner strength will continue to grow, as I try to achieve a balance of wisdom, strength and kindness.
