Master Functional Trainer

NICOLE GOSLING is our resident Personal Trainer and fitness instructor. She has helped many men and women achieve their weight and fitness goals. . Nicole will help you every step of the way, no matter what your fitness and health requirements are.

Nicole has aligned herself with the most reputable teaching organisation in Australia, FTI (Functional Training Institute) where she has completed all of their seminars and specialised courses. This is where Nicole has found her passion in FUNCTIONAL Movement. Nicole’s focus is on HOW she can help you to be fit and healthy, but most importantly enjoy working out in a safe way that you can go about your daily routine without being in pain or causing yourself an injury.
